USS Endurance reporting

The USS Endurance is based out of Beaumont, Texas. On August 5, 2015, I invited friends, family, and
strangers to our home to listen about Starfleet International. Members of the Zavala came out to help answer
questions, and by the end of the night, another seven people had joined SFI and added to our roster. By the
time our Shakedown started, we were well-staffed.
We consider ourselves a social group, and we enjoy various outings together.
The USS Endurance coordinates a yearly group photo at Star Trek Las Vegas for all SFI members in attendance.
The Endurance normally meets once a month. In the beginning we had meetings that were fairly formal, however
as time went on we wanted to enjoy activities or share dinner together. In the past we have raised money for
Relay For Life, Southeast Texas Food Bank, and the Children’s Miracle Network.
Our main goal is to come together in friendship and share our love of Star Trek.
