The USS JOAN OF ARC elected new Commanding Officer Robert Velasquez, with COL Tahyna Abbott agreeing to be his XO, effective 3/25/19.
Captain Bernard Dacey, outgoing CO, writes, “It has been a pleasure Commanding the JOA and a fun learning experience.”
