The CCO will gather via GoToMeeting (over phone and online) on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. central time, 6:00 p.m. mountain time.
This meeting is open to both the chapter CO and XO to attend. If neither are able to attend a proxy maybe appointed. Proxies must be submitted to the RC and Ops via email prior to the actual meeting. Only one vote per chapter will be counted in any decisions made by the CCO.
VRC and CompOps Aaron Murphy will send out an email to this list with instructions for how to connect.
The Regional Staff Members are writing their reports so that you can read them beforehand and keep the meeting as short as possible.
